    During the 15 years of negotiations on China's entry into the WTO， China has maintained consistent stance. After its accession into the WTO， China will steadily open wider to the outside world in the sectors of commodity and service trade， create favorable conditions for open， unified competition on an equal footing between domestic and foreign enterprises. China will also establish and improve foreign trade and economic system that conforms to the international norms for economic activities and suits China's national conditions， and provide increased and stabilized market access for foreign enterprises to enter into economic and trade cooperation with China. China's entry into the WTO will inject new vitality into the economic development of China and other countries and regions in Asia and beyond. The Chinese people will benefit from China‘s accession and so will the people of other countries in Asia and in the world.
