I haven't looked at the local paper to see what's on next week. 对了，我们下个星期去看什么？你知道有什么片子吗？我还没看报纸了解下个星期的呢。 Jane: Well, I'd better give you a ring about it. 知道了我会给你打电话的。 Lynn: All right. 好的。 Notes: 在某些社交场合，闲谈是很普遍的。英美人相互间日常谈及的话题通常有：天气、工作情况、住房情况、学习情况、体育运动、旅游与节目、兴趣爱好、休息娱乐、家乡风情等。在社交场合遇到英美人，或者出于礼貌需要交谈而不想做严肃讨论时，闲聊这些话题总是令人感兴趣和愉快的。用英语谈论自己的喜好或询问他人的偏好是很重要的。 常用句型： We really had a wonderful night of Symphony. How did you like their performance? Which channel are you going to watch? The TV series begin at 9:00. May I invite you to dance? It's going to be a social dance, I'm sure you'll make a lot of new friends there. I don't care much for soap operas. They're just not my cup of tea. I'd like to do a few shows this summer, and have a fling at Shanghai night life. |
