　　More and more people came to believe that training is really a kind of investment which can bring about considerable returns. That is why training has become so popular. It is said that IBM invested 10 million dollars for the training of its employees in China in a single year. When challenged about the necessity of such a large sum of investment in training， IBM refuted， We can only get a return of 400 million dollars in a single year without such a large investment. Comparatively， we can now raise that number to 800 million dollars.
