的原因时要把握住一点，那就是你要说出现在应聘的这个公司能为你提供原公司
不能提供的方面，包括个人发展（development ）、机会（opportunity ）、工
作环境（working environment ）等等。

    常用离职、应聘原因：

    The job is out of my major.

    I ： I know in your resume that you have worked in your present company
for 3 years ， can you tell me why you want to leave your present job
and join us ？

    A ： Because the job I am doing in my present company is of no challenge，
but I like challenge. Your firm is a young organization with many innovative
