　　珍存幸福，释放悲伤

　　God' s Box上帝的两个盒子：每个人都有两个盒子，一个用来珍存快乐，一个用来 释放悲伤。将所有的快乐和幸福 都存 起来，这就会变成一笔很大的积蓄，越来越多。将悲伤的释放，于是永远没有悲伤。

　　I have in my hands two boxes which God gave me to hold. He said, ”Put all your sarrows in the black box,and all your joys in the gold.” I heeded his words, and in the two boxes both my joys and sarrows I stored.

　　我手上拿着上帝给的两个盒子。 他说：“把你所有的悲伤放进黑色的盒子，所有的快乐放进金色的盒子。”我按照他的话做了，在两个盒子里存放了我的快乐和悲伤。

　　But though the gold became heavi er each day , the black was as light as before. With curiosity, I opened the black: I wanted to find out why. And I saw, in the base of the box, a hole which my sorrows had fallen out by.

　　然而，虽然那个金色的盒子的重量每天都有所增加，但是黑色盒子却轻如以前。出于好奇，我打开了黑色的盒子，我想找到原因。我看到，盒子的底部有一个洞，我的悲伤就是从那里漏掉了。

　　I showed the hole to God, and mused, “I wonder where my sarrows could be.” He smiled a gentle smile and said, “My child ,they’re all here with me.”I asked God, why he gave me the boxes, why the gold, and the black wit h the hole? “My child, the gold is for you to count your blessings; the black is for you to let go.”

　　我让上 帝 看那个洞，若有所思地说：“我想知道我 的悲伤在哪儿呢?”他温柔的笑着说：“我的孩子，它们都在我这儿呢。”于是，我又问上帝，为什么要给我两个盒子，为什么一个是金色的，一个是黑色带洞的。上帝回答说：“我的孩子，金色的盒子是让你珍存福分，黑色的盒子是让你释放悲伤。”
