How to get a higher salary in a foreign company

　　If you're offered a much-desired position at the company of yourdreams, it may be tempting to agree to the offer rightaway. But don't!Many managers expect perspective employees to negotiate their package,and even negotiating a small amount per month can offer big returnsinthe long run. Here are some tips for negotiating your salary in English.

　　不论你的决定以及期望的薪资和福利是什么，你都要致谢。你还可以这么表达：

　　It's oftendifficult to negotiate an offer once you've shownextreme interestin the job and satisfaction in the salary,so it's bestto start at the beginning. Instead of saying,"OK", whenyou hear thesalary figure, say "Hmmm..." This lets the hiring manager know youaren't quite satisfied and can leadto immediate negotiations.

　　Hiringmanagers have been known to put the squeeze on, especiallyif theyreally want you, but don't rush into decisions.Request at leastseveral days to think through the decision. Youcan add,"I'm veryinterested in your company, but this will give me sometime to make amore informed decision."
　　人士经理如果真想雇佣你的话，他们尤其会拿捏得很好，这时你就不要匆忙做出决定。给自己几天的时间重新考虑一下自己的决定。你可以这么说：
　　I'm veryinterested in your company, but this will give me some time to make amore informed decision.
　　5 I'lltake it!
　　When it comes down to the final decision, this is afun andfriendly way to accept an offer. If you had something more formalinmind, say "I'd like to formally accept your offer." If, ontheotherhand, you don't want the job, say, "After much consideration,I'mafraid I won't be able to accept your offer." Besure to always givean answer, and to always be polite!
　　当做出决定的最终时刻来临时，你要表现出乐于并且友善地去接受公司对你的聘用。如果你已经有一些头绪了，你就可以这么说：I'dliketo formally accept your offer。相反，如果你不想接受这份工作，你可以说：Aftermuchconsideration, I'm afraid I won't be able toacceptyouroffer.要确定地给出答案并且一定要有礼貌！
