浙江交通职业技术学院海运学院简介

 　　素有“浙江交通人才摇篮”美誉的浙江交通职业技术学院，是交通运输部与浙江省人民政府共建的公办院校，国家骨干高职院校，全国交通职业教育示范院校，浙江省示范高等职业学院，教育部首批“中德汽车机电技能型人才培养培训项目”试点院校。学校创建于1958年，隶属于浙江省交通运输厅，坚实的行业支撑和深厚的办学底蕴使学校始终处于全国高等职业教育的前列。

　　海运学院简介

　　海运学院为浙江交通职业技术学院二级学院，于2004年4月由原航海技术系和轮机工程系合并成立。现设有航海技术、轮机工程技术、船舶工程技术、船舶电子电气技术、船机制造与维修、游艇设计与制造、国际航运业务管理、国际邮轮乘务、旅游管理等9个专业。其中航海技术专业为教育部教学改革试点专业、国家骨干高职院校立项建设重点专业、浙江省示范性高职院校重点专业和浙江省优势专业;轮机工程技术专业为浙江省高职重点专业和国家骨干高职院校立项建设重点专业;船舶工程技术和国际航运业务管理为浙江省高职高专院校特色建设专业。50多年来，学院已为 国内外海运企事业单位培养了8000余名专业人才。据统计，单就浙江省主要海运企业中有70%以上的管理人员、船长、轮机长源出于此。目前，全日制在校学生1800余名。

　　学院拥有国际先进的大型船舶操纵模拟训练中心、全球海上遇险和安全系统(GMDSS)模拟训练中心、大型轮机模拟器、轮机自动化机舱等30个航海仿真模拟训练中心，另有标准游泳池、7m跳水池各一个，实训总面积达6000平方米、实训设备资产总值达2500万元。其中，航海技术专业实训基地2006年获得交通部航海建设项目，是全国高职航海类院校唯一的建设单位;轮机工程技术实训基地为国家级合格示范实训基地，船舶工程技术实训基地为中央财政支持的职业教育实训基地。此外，学院与中远集团、中海集团、浙江远洋运输有限公司、浙江省海运集团有限公司等41家企业签订协议，建立了相对稳定、互惠双赢的校外实习教学基地，实行校企教育培训合作。

　　学院现有教职工84人，其中专任教师60人，专任教师双师素质比例达90%以上，其中28名教师具有海船船长、轮机长等高级船员适任证书，被国家海事局聘为海船船员专业技能考核评估专家，参与浙江省海船船员专业技能考核评估工作。2002年以来，专业教师相继主编主审出版了规划教材及各类培训教材70余部，公开发表有关航海类人才培养模式改革及其他科研论文共400余篇。完成省部级科研项目10项，厅级科研项目10余项，横向课题80余项，校级科研项目30余项。2008年，航海技术教学团队被评为浙江省省级优秀教学团队。2009年，《以国际海员适任能力为标准的高职航海类人才培养模式的改革与实践》获国家级教学成果二等奖。

　　学院按国家海事局要求建立了船员教育和培训质量体系，具有各等级船长、轮机长等高级船员适任考试考前培训、海船船员专业培训和特殊培训等28个培训项目的办班资格。海船船员培训项目门类齐全，教学管理规范，现已为浙江省海运企事业单位培训在职人员15万多人次，是浙江省船员教育和培训的重要基地。

　　海运学院将一如既往地立足于浙江省，面向全国，放眼世界，着力为水运强省，实现海运强国目标，积极进取、开拓创新，为浙江海洋经济发展提供强有力的技术技能型人才资源支撑。

　　Profile of Maritime College

　　Setting herself up in April 2004 by merging with Navigation Technology Department and Marine Engineering Department, Maritime College is now secondary to Zhejiang Institute of Communications. There are nine departments, respectively called Navigation Technology, Marine Engineering Technology, Ship Engineering Technology, Marine Electrical and Electronics Technology, Marine Diesel Engine Manufacturing and Maintenance, Yacht Design and Manufacturing, International Shipping Business Management, International Cruise Attendants and Tourism Management.

　　Amongst them, Navigation Technology Specialty became one of experimental majors in reform of education of Ministry of Education, sponsored by key projected program of National backbone Vocational Colleges, and one of Zhejiang Provincial model key professional and Zhejiang Provincial Dominant Specialties. Marine Engineering Technology was also subsidized by key projected program of National backbone Vocational Colleges, and awarded one of Zhejiang Provincial key professional. Moreover, Ship Engineering Technology and International Shipping Business Management both luckily came in constructing themselves as Feature Specialties of Zhejiang Provincial Vocational Colleges.

　　During last 50 years, it has already trained more than 8000 highly skilled professionals for shipping enterprises and institutions nationwide and abroad. According to Statistics, only within the scope of Zhejiang Province, above 70% of managing staff, sea captains and chief engineers from large and medium-sized shipping companies, graduated from this school. Nowadays, there are over 1800 full-time students studying inside its campus.

　　Maritime college is well equipped with more than 30 marine analogue simulation training LABs at international leading level, which includes “Large Vessel Manoeuvring Simulator”, “GMDSS training centre”, “Marine Automatic Engine Room”“Large Marine Engine simulator”, and meanwhile possesses standardized swimming pool and 7 metres diving pool. The total value of the training equipment reaches 25 million yuan. And the training area occupies 6000 m². Inside them, the training base of Navigation Techology won the fame as a Year 2006 Navigation Construction item by Ministry of Communications and the Sole Construction Unit of National Vocational Colleges. Similarly, the training base of Marine Engineering Techology was qualified as the National class Model Training Center. The training base of Ship Engineering Techology was supported ,by state revenue ,as a vocational education base. Besides, Maritime College settled relatively stable training bases along with 41 enterprises outside school, such as Zhejiang Ocean Shipping Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Shipping Co. Ltd., Ningbo Maritime Company Ltd., Zhoushan Haixing Shipping Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Shipbuilding and so on, pursuing cooperation, mutual benefit and the Win-Win Policy between enterprises and school.

　　The existing faculty has grand total 84 staffs, amongst whose 60 full-time teachers, standing with the ratio of 90% , hold double teacher quality. It deserves to mention that 28 teachers with Captain or Engineer Licenses , possessing rich experience of both theory and practice, usually being involved in many seafarers exmination as assessors, are honored as assessment experts by MSA. As of the year 2002, some projected textbooks and all types of training materials, totalling up to 70 books, have been published in succession. The research papers titled reform of marine personnel training mode and other research and development field amount to 400 pieces. Amongst them, there are 10 ministerial and provincial-level scientific research projects, some 10 departmental level scientific research projects, more than 80 crosswide scientific research projects and about 30 institutional level scientific research projects. Navigation Technology teaching team was elected as provincial excellent teaching team in Zhejiang Province in 2008. The Project of Reform and Practice of Navigators talent training mode in vocational college with the standards of international seafarer competency ability won the secondary award of National Teaching Achievements in 2009.

　　According to the related laws and regulations by National Maritime Bureau, Marine college has uniformly established a cohesive seafarer education and training quality system, which contains the properly insuring measures and criterion to monitor the proceedings of 28 approval training items including examination training, expertise training and special training of certificate of seafarer competency, resulting in a complete range of training under the supervision of standard teaching management. As an indispensible key education and training base within Zhejiang Province, such college has already trained over 150 thousand seamen.
