　　On 26th of August, with the arrival of the new academic year 2024-2025, our school officially opened the curtain of the school season. At this energetic moment, we held a series of colourful orientation activities. From the whole school staff meeting, to the new students' arrival and training, to the new students’ team development training, each link is full of the school's deep concern for the growth of teachers and students and the good expectations. 全体员工大会

欢迎新老师

　　8月26日下午，我校在报告厅隆重召开新学期全体教职工大会。法耀教育、法拉古特联合创始人杨晓柯，法耀集团高级副总裁周熹，副总裁高乃思，法拉古特学校执行校长高越，行政副校长周蔚以及全体教职工齐聚一堂，共同谋划新学期的奋斗蓝图。大会强调要坚守教育初心，拥抱科技赋能，提升专业素养，强化育人使命，展现师者风范。大家齐心协力，为学校新十年的发展倾注智慧与力量，携手创造更加灿烂辉煌的未来。

　　On the afternoon of 26th of August, our school held a grand meeting for all the staff of the new semester in the lecture hall. Chuck Yang, co-founder of Fayao Education and Farragut, Edd Zhou, senior vice president of Fayao Group, Naisi Gao, vice president of Fayao Group, Hero Gao, executive headmaster of Farragut School, Vivi Zhou, vice president of administration, and all the staff gathered to plan the blueprint for the new semester. The General Assembly stressed the need to adhere to the original heart of education, embrace technology empowerment, enhance professionalism, strengthen the mission of educating people, and show the teacher's demeanour. We all work together to pour wisdom and strength into the development of the school in the new decade, and work together to create a brighter and more brilliant future.

新生报到及培训

　　8月27日至28日，天津法拉古特学校为新生们举办开学报到及培训活动，助力大家迅速全面了解学校文化、教育理念和学习生活。在为期两天的分享和培训课程中，同学们通过校领导分享、班主任培训、学术英语培训、教学介绍、心理健康团辅课、德育培训、在校生发言、社团展演、法耀孵化器成果展示以及校园小记者招募等诸多环节，快速融入学校大家庭，并与老师和同学们建立友谊，为即将开启的高中阶段学术旅程打下坚实的基础。

　　From 27th to 28th of August, Tianjin Farragut School hosted an orientation and training programme for new students to help them gain a quick and comprehensive understanding of the school's culture, educational philosophy and academic life. During the two-day sharing and training programme, students were able to quickly integrate into the school family and build friendships with teachers and classmates through the sharing of school leaders, classroom teacher training, academic English training, teaching introduction, mental health group counselling, moral education training, speeches by current students, club performances, Fayao Incubator achievements showcase and campus reporter recruitment, etc., which laid a solid foundation for their upcoming academic journey in high school.

新生拓展活动

　　8月29日至30日，天津法拉古特学校将在杨柳青庄园举办一场别开生面的新生团队拓展训练。此次活动为期两天一夜，以"认识自我，共筑团队"为核心，通过一系列富有挑战性的项目，激发新生们的团队精神和协作能力。我们期望通过这次训练，新生们能够在轻松愉悦的氛围中，学会相互信任，增强自信，同时培养解决问题的创新思维。

　　From 29th to 30th of August, Tianjin Farragut School will hold a unique team development training for new students in Yangliuqing Manor. The activity will last for two days and one night, with the core of ‘Know Yourself, Build a Team’, through a series of challenging projects, to stimulate the new students' team spirit and collaborative ability. We hope that through this training, the new students can learn to trust each other and enhance their self-confidence in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, and at the same time cultivate innovative thinking in problem solving.

新教师培训大会

　　新学期伊始，天津法拉古特学校召开了教师培训大会。校长高越与周蔚为新入职教师进行了深入的专业培训，涵盖学校文化、教学理念及职业道德等内容。高越校长介绍了学校的核心价值观与教育愿景，强调教学质量与学生发展的重要性。周蔚校长讲解了校园文化及学校历史，并分享了职业规划和未来发展方向。校领导对新员工表达了热烈欢迎和鼓励，寄予厚望，期望大家能在天津法拉古特学校内充分施展才华，为学生发展和学校未来贡献力量。

　　At the beginning of the new school year, Tianjin Farragut School held a teacher training conference. Headmasters Hero Gao and Vivi Zhou provided in-depth professional training for new teachers, covering school culture, teaching philosophy and professional ethics. Headmaster Hero Gao introduced the school's core values and educational vision, emphasising the importance of teaching quality and student development. Headmaster Vivi Zhou explained the campus culture and school history, and shared career planning and future development directions. The school leaders expressed their warm welcome and encouragement to the new staff, with high expectations that they will fully develop their talents on the platform of Tianjin Farragut School and contribute to the development of students and the future of the school.

家长沟通会

　　8月30日下午，天津法拉古特学校隆重举行了新生家长会。校长明确了学校发展目标与教育理念，强调了家校合作的重要性。心理老师提供了专业的心理健康指导，学发中心分享了学生个人发展的信息。学校还安排了教学及升学培训，班主任与家长们进行了面对面交流，共同探讨了孩子的学习与发展计划。此次家长会不仅传达了新学年的教育方针，也为家长们提供了宝贵资源和支持，增强了家校间的紧密联系。我们期待与所有家庭携手合作，为学生们创造一个充满关爱与支持的成长环境，助力他们在新的学年里取得更大的进步和发展。
