 　　01、环保教育，从我做起

　　对于全人类，环保是一项艰巨而伟大的事业。这不仅关系到我们的生存和发展，还是下一代能否拥有真正的绿色家园，能否健康成长的重要因素。君诚学校积极开展“环保教育、从我做起”的主题教育活动，在外方校长的带领下，老师们在餐厅教会学生遵守用餐规则，在餐后正确进行垃圾分类。

　　For all mankind, environmental protection is a difficult and great cause. This is not only related to our survival and development, but also the important factor that concerns the healthy growth and whether our next generation can have a real green home. SIBS is actively carrying out the theme education activity of "environmental protection education, start from me". Under the leadership of the foreign principal, teachers teach students to abide by the dining rules in the dining hall and properly classify garbage after meals.

　　02、中学部科学俱乐部创意：通过化学反应雕刻鸡蛋

　　同学们取出一颗鸡蛋，洗去表面油污、擦干。用毛笔蘸取醋酸，在蛋壳上写字。等醋酸蒸发后，把鸡蛋放在稀硫酸铜溶液里煮熟，待蛋冷却后剥去蛋壳，鸡蛋白上留下了蓝色或紫色的清晰字迹，而外壳却不留任何痕迹。原理：这是因为醋酸溶解蛋壳后能少量溶入蛋白。鸡蛋白是由氨基酸组成的球蛋白，它在弱酸性条件中发生水解，生成多肽等物质，这些物质中的肽键遇Cu2+发生络合反应，呈现蓝色或紫色。

　　Students took out an egg, washed off the surface oil, dried it. Dipped the brush in acetic acid and wrote on the eggshell. After the acetic acid evaporates, the eggs were boiled in a dilutecopper sulfate solution. When the eggs were cooled, peeled off the shell. Clear blue or purple writing was left on the white of the egg, but no trace of the shell was left.

　　How it works: this is because acetic acidcan dissolve eggshells in small amounts. Egg white is a globul in composed of amino acids, which hydrolyze in weak acidic conditions to produce polypeptides and other substances, the peptide bonds of these substances meet Cu2+ complexreaction, show blue or purple.

　　03、艺术设计部本周学生作品展示

　　本周，六、七年级的专业课是速写基础课程-花卉速写表现，主要讲解了花卉速写概述、花卉作品赏析、绘画观察方法以及最后的绘画课堂练习-植物速写写生。九年级是精微素描，主要根据学生之前的摄影作品以及老师提供的一些摄影作品，学生选择后进行绘画创作，练习学生写实的观察能力和表现能力。八和十年级的课程是产品设计速写，主要讲解了设计速写的作用和方法，课堂练习为产品模型静物写生。

　　This week, the specialized course of grade 6 and grade 7 is the basic course of sketching -- expression of flower sketching, which mainly explains the overview of flower sketching, appreciation of flower works, observation methods of painting and the last class practice --sketching of plants. Grade 9 is doing the fine sketch, mainly based on students' previous photography works and some photography works provided by the teacher, students choose first then conduct painting creation, which can practice students' realistic observation ability and performance ability. The eighth and tenth grade course is product design sketch, which mainly explains the function and method of design sketch, the class exercise is painting still life of product model.
