四、结关
4-1 课文：All import cargo has to be landed at the customs port and should not be removed out customs control without the written permission of the customs authorities.
注释：land： 靠岸，到达，登岸 remove： 移动，搬走，拿走 without：没有，无 ……
课文意思：所有进口货物必须在海关港口靠岸并且未经海关当局的书面许可不可以移出海关的控制范围。
4-2 课文：Before permission is given to remove the goods out of customs control， the owner or agent is required to submit a Bill of Entry， Customs Declaration or Inward Permit， as may be prescribed by law， in the prescribed form to enable the customs authorities to examine and appraise the goods.
注释：out of： 在……之外，在……范围外 owner： 货主 submit： 递交，呈递 Bill of Entry： 报关单 Customs Declaration： 报关；海关申报 Inward Permit： 进口许可证 enable： 使能够，使成为可能 examine： 检查，检验 appraise： 估价

4-3 课文：The Bill of Entry usually contains particulars such as value， quantity ， description of goods， name of the ship， port of shipment， and such other particulars as may be prescribed by the customs authorities. These particulars have to tally with those contained in the relevant import manifest.
注释：description of goods： 货物的品名port of shipment： 装运港 prescribe： 规定，指示tally with：与…相符，与…一致
