　　航次租船的定义
　　（1）课本：The voyage chartering means that the shipowner promises to carry on board a specific ship a particular cargo for a single voyage from one or more loading ports to one or more discharging ports.

　　译文：航次租船是指船东承诺将装载特定船上的货物从一个或者几个装货港单程航次承运至一个或几个卸货港。

　　解析：航次期租。航次期租（Time Charter on Trip Basis）是指由船舶出租人向承租人提供船舶，在指定的港口之间，以完成航次运输为目的，按实际租用天数和约定的日租金率计算租金的租船运输经营方式。
