世博热词：”中暑“英语怎么说

   “中暑”的英文怎么说呢？大家都知道stroke，中风，而中暑就是heat stroke。
　　那么，中暑的症状有哪些呢？
　　The skin may become red and hot as blood vessels dilate in an attempt to increase heat dissipation, sometimes leading to swollen lips. An inability to cool the body through perspiration causes the skin to feel dry.
　　中暑的时候皮肤会发红发热，因为此时血管扩充，试图增大热量散发，有时候嘴唇也会肿起来。而无法通过排汗降温则导致皮肤发干。
　　In the case of severe heat stroke, heart rate and respiration rate will increase as blood pressure drops and the heart attempts to supply enough oxygen to the body. The decrease in blood pressure can then cause blood vessels to contract, resulting in a pale or bluish skin color in advanced cases of heat stroke.
　　在出现严重中暑时，血压下降，心脏试图增加输氧量，与此同时心跳和呼吸都会加快。低血压会导致血管收缩，严重时皮肤会发白或发青。
　　在夏天的时候我们如何预防中暑呢？首先防晒工作要做好，出门前的准备包括：阳伞parasol、防晒霜sunblock、墨镜sunglasses、遮阳帽topee、清凉油cooling oil；天热的时候记得多吃一些凉性的食物，比如plum syrup，酸梅汤；mung bean soup，绿豆汤等等。世博园中为了防暑降温特设了不少sprayer，喷雾器，大家自己也可以随身携带一个小巧的spray bottle，随时补水，又防暑又护肤。
　　说到spray这个词，女生们比较熟悉的可能就两种：防晒喷雾，sunscreen spray，还有就是防狼喷雾，pepper spray，估计这两大喷雾是女生们包包里长期必备的吧。不过防晒工作可以不用太严密，现在流行黑美人，健康肤色嘛，有很多人还会用spray-on tan来把皮肤弄成健康的小麦色呢。
