(Sundays and holidays excepted ) from Oct.25, 2004 to Nov.25, 2004 upon nonrefundable payment of RMB 280 while express mail postage 6 shall be added. Bids shall reach CITC before 10:00 am Jan. 1,2005 (local time). Bids received after that date and time or not accompanied by a Bid Bond 7 as required in the bidding document will not be accepted.
