四六级写作考试应用文模版

　　最后给出应用文模版两篇，考纲上要求却没考过的，以防爆冷。不一定要背下来，心里有数，注意表达方式和展开思路比较重要。

　　邀请信：(如邀请同学参加校庆）

　　How time flies! There have been for years since we parted 3 years ago. Delightedly, there is an opportunity for us to reunion that the celebrity ceremony of the fundation of our university will be held in &*&^%, I cordially invite you to come.

　　第一段先表明来意，可能是给老朋友写，就寒暄下，如给陌生人写，就首先打招呼，说明你是谁和你的身份，把对方往尊敬了说，把自己往大学校大公司说，然后再说邀请的目的和诚挚邀请。

　　第二段就要看出题的意图了。有可能指校庆的流程，那就注意层次，如：
I would like to introduce the whole plan of the ceremony. To begin with..........Then,.........At night.....注意层次的变化，中间可举例和具体化，如说下开会活动的主题，地点，参与者啦。也可能会写学校的变化，参观公司的程序等，第二段大同小异，拓展法按上课的就好。

　　第三段可能是提醒注意事项，比如让写回执，注意带的东西，注意语气就好。最后再表达真挚的期待和邀请。

　　In addition, you'd better send.........and take......with you. Could you phone me before you set off so that I can pick you up in the airport?

　　通知：
　　通知和邀请其实就类似了，开头讲目的，中间讲流程，最后提醒。

　　Here are the details and precedures we have to follow on that day. At 9 a.m...................Then...........3 hours later.......
　　By the way , you'd better.........and remember all the details.
