I was offered an opportunity working for a financial services company.
I have worked there for eight years.

    I ： What was the most significant project you have worked on ？

    I ：你参与的最重大的一个项目是什么？

    A ： I was assigned a project to design a 360-degree performance system.
It was a challenge for a person with a finance background. I met with
the technical people and discussed the possibilities and obstacles. Based
on that information ， I selected a team and created a spreadsheet to
manage the project. We got the project done on schedule. I was rewarded
for outstanding results and was able to share the honors with the team.

    A ：我被分派去设计一个360 度业绩系统。这对一个只有金融背景的人来说
是一个挑战。我和技术人员一起讨论了这个系统的可行性及可能遇到的困难。根

industry. I have a solid understanding of accounting concepts ， an analytical
mind and a strong attention to detail. I have had a lot of customer service
training and experience ， and I have been told that I excel in this area.
