Ivy and Paula are alone
Ivy: He just keeps wasting so much time. Paula: We should have had Gary direct the play from the beginning. Ivy: But Mike wants to direct the play? Paula: He did write it, but Gary directed the school play for the last two years. Ivy: Yeah. We should tell Mike we want Gary as director again. Paula: Mike's not happy the town newspaper's writing about him. Ivy: If Mike screws this up, that reporter will make us all look bad. Paula: I think somebody should go talk to him.
