| 关于用IVR(Interactive Voice Response，交互式语音应答系统，which using recorded machine)调查survey与用传统的电话调查的比较，阅读和听力中意见相悖。 第一组： Reading人们面对只是机器调查，更加诚实。 Lecture教授反对，not accurate, 举例说，如果被问你的收入多少，because even it is a recording machine人们知道调查的只是机器, but people who are surveyed still know that they will be evaluated by real people, and be analyzed by their answers他们知道他们的调查还是要被Real person分析的, so they will be still uncomfortable.' 第二组：阅读：IVR can reach larger group of people。 Lecture教授反对，not reliable, even the survey company can save money to employ fewer interviewers, but people will finish their survey whenever they want, 人家不想回答随时都能end。While with real people, they will be encouraged to finish the whole survey which will be more reliable. 第三组：阅读：可以避免voice factor。 Lecture教授反对，not objective. the simple recorded voice and the same regional accents is useful to let people more object, because different people will have different ideas about the same voice and accents. |
