　　eg:We see Ferris cut across the front lawn and enter into a house.

　　我们看到费丽斯抄近路穿过前面的草坪进了一所房子。

　　cut back 消减，降低

　　eg:Father lost his job last week,and my pin money was also cut back.

　　爸爸上个礼拜失业了，我的零花钱也减少了。

　　cut corners 1)走捷径 2)省钱(或人力，时间等)

　　eg:Go this way,then we can cut coners.

　　走这条路，我们就能抄近路了。

　　eg:If you wonder how to cut corners,there's an obvious place to look at-your spending habits.

　　cut down 消减，减少

　　eg:Strenuous efforts have been made to cut down government expenses to a desirable level.
